The AG belongs to the executive. He cannot therefore decide on measures taken by the executive whether the curfew is justified. Only the legislative, the parliament, can aprove a curfew on this scale. Until the parliament decides, the curfew is illegal. In order to legalize the curfew, which is so important for the health of the population, Parliament must be recalled again.
