My child is 7 years old. I can just imagine the fear & anguish of this child as he fell in the water. I hope Rishard is right & God gives him a place in paradise. To be in a children’s home at age 7. He had already suffered enough I think.

Are not the authorities of the home responsible for their carelessness?

Yes the hostel authority are responsible for the children. But do you guys ahve any idea how over crowded and understaffed Srilankan orphanages are? We strugle to take care on our 1 or 2 kids. In these places the ratio of caretakers to kids are sometimes 1 to 10 or 20. They need funding by government and well wishes.
