At least 30 Sri Lankan illegal immigrants have been arrested by the navy about 80 nautical miles off the southern coast early this morning.
Navy spokesman Isuru Suriyabandara said two navy Dvora vessels had intercepted a trawler with illegal immigrants.
“The suspects are being brought to the Galle Harbour. We suspect they were heading to Réunion Island,” Lieutenant Commander Suriyabandara said.(Darshana Sanjeewa)

Stay in your country. Reunion island is poor as Sri Lanka. People are racist. They dont want to welcome you. Don’t loose money to pass. They will catch you and go back in Sri Lanka. Don’t risk your life in a small boat (couffin).

Sorry to tell you that people in Reunion island are not racist and the island is not poor because it's a french island. Indeed illegal immigrants are not welcome because Reunion people are fed up with foreigners who want just to benefit social allowances and get a better life without working. Reunion people don't want no more parasitis.
