A total of one hundred persons, including 17 females, were arrested during a raid on a party organised through Facebook at a beach hotel in Dehiwala last night, police said.
Police Spokesman SSP Ruwan Gunasekera said the police recovered 4 grams of cannabis, 38,500 millilitres of beer and 28 illegal cigarettes during the raid.
The arrested suspects aged between 18 and 48 were identified as residents of Ambalangoda, Kalutara, Kurunegala and Polonnaruwa.
Police said they would be produced in the Mount Lavinia Magistrate's Court.
