though he is a minister for resettlement, he doesn't enjoy the support from Tamil mass. He is an appointed worker to the Tamil mass. If he really proud of the work he has done, he should have faced the election to prove that or shold have been welcome by the people. There is no such a welcome. It raises many questions.
