11 prisoners killed in Marara prison unrest identified

The bodies of the eleven prisoners who were killed during the Mahara prison unrest were identified today by their family members, Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said.

Speaking to the media, he said the court had ordered to conduct autopsies of the deceased under the supervision of a five-member panel from the Government Analyst's Department.
