Ranjan Premachandran :If one examines carefully these independent candidates are it is mostly in Tamil speaking areas. Why? Because people have lost faith with the Established Tamil Politicians and their mainstream political parties. These stupid arrogant fools were just 'fathoming their own nests' in the last few years by getting permits for importing their vehicles, toddy and arrack taverns etc. Above all, there is no cohesion among them to work for the Tamil people. I dare say that, if NPP contested in these seats they will win hands down!
