Rahahuman Kantakuddy man. He is cheating many students by having an institute name called BCAS. many students studied in this institute and coming overseas countries and but when they see BCAS certificate they do not give jobs. because they already issued many forged certificates to students taking big amount of money. Moreover he is also cheating by opening a restaurant "LAKBIMA RESTAURANT " in najma doha Qatar, there also he he sell spoiled foods and many people affected by this and many times it has been sealed by the government authority in Qatar. So do not not put this kind of money minded thieves and corrupt the political system finally in Sri Lanka
