Shopowner forces student to cut his hand

A 13-year-old student was hospitalized after he was forced by a shop owner to cut his hand. The shop owner had accused the student of stealing a phone from the shop. When the student had denied the accusations, the man had forced the student to cut his own hand. Police arrested the shop owner.
