Former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka speaks to the Daily Mirror on the conditions of his release and his future political ambitions. He also expresses the fact that he holds no animosity against those who put him behind bars, and claims that government MP's are in a worse off prison than he was.

Let the Genaral to understand that The Army commander is not anofficer of the as per the section 8 and 9 of the Army Act and therefore the Army commander is not subject military law. This position was not correctly interpreted to thecourts.
Therefore all subsequent actions against SF ae unlawful

You look HEALTHY when you are freed. But in prison, there were many complains about your health. What happened to those life-threatening illnesses? Disappeared all of a sudden!!! Must be a MIRACLE.
