Today in loafer’s diary, we travel towards the north of Colombo to explore Sri Lanka’s ‘Little Rome.’ Located 7 km from the Bandaranayke International Airport, Negombo is famous for its beach, crafts and is a hotspot with tourists. It also houses the second largest fish market in the country.
Pettah is the heart of Colombo. The many streets in the old town pump life into it and make it the most liveliest town in the country. The streets crisscross like the veins of a heart and generate income to thousands. Streets in Pettah are like specialty aisles in a supermarket so Loafer's Diary decided to head down to Pettah to explore what can be found and where.
