SC commences hearing FR petitions against General Election date

Consideration of seven Fundemental Rights petitions challenging the election date, commenced before a five-judge Supreme Court bench.

Several Fundamental Rights petitions have been filed challenging the dissolution of Parliament and fixing the General Election date for June 20.
