“I am not willing to accept any assistance from the state of Saudi Arabia or any individual of this country who killed my daughter,” Rizana’s mother has said.“Several institutes and individuals have offered to help me to provide house but I strongly ask those who are linked with the murder of my daughter not to come with gifts to us. Everything has happened according to the God’s wishes,” she said.

Killing of Rizana was obviously not God's wish. Don't try to hide from logic, behind God. God wants you to be intelligent and logical.
Your spot on .. this is exactly the message to be taken out of what she's saying . - " Everything happened to according to god's wishes" then call god the killer , not humans .. She praises the god who killed her daughter and wants to avenge the humans who wants to help !!
At least mother knew her true age. It is shame how thousands of poor parents work hard and undergo hardships to raise thier childern without sending them for lavary in middle east.
However, Rizana's parents are the first culprits of this unfortunate death since they willingly allowed her to go out when they know that she was a minor.
Now do not blame other. Accept the first responsibility as parents.

I understand that this lady can say she wants no help from the Saudis, but if she will not FORGIVE, then she will not be forgiven and will live in a state of anger and hatred.
