OPPO A9 2020 &OPPO A5 2020 First Sale kicks-off in Sri Lanka

OPPO Sri Lanka Kicked-off the First Sale of their newly launched OPPO A9 2020 and OPPO A5 2020, the latest addition to its popular A series of mobile phones in Colombo. The First Sale event took place at Majestic City. OPPO A Series 2020 consists of the most affordable smartphone with 8GB and a Quad-Camera set-up in the market with the new OPPO A9 2020 and the most affordable smartphone with quad camera in the market with the new OPPO A5. 

The first few customers received their phones from Lavan Abhishek of ‘Sangeethe’ fame and the vivacious model and actress Sandani Fernando – two celebrities who had been involved with launch of the new devices. Whilst there was a steady stream of customers and shoppers who enjoyed the opportunity to take selfies with them, all customers were rewarded with OPPO branded goodie bags and the two stars were seen autographing the phones bought.

The two celebrities joined in a highly exciting game of PubG with an enthusiastic group of youth who caught on the gaming spirit of OPPO A9 2020 before embarking on few more games and competitions infront of a charged audience. A high capacity 5000mAh battery enables all-day use, or extensive gaming - capable of supporting 19 hours of continuous operation apart from being able to handle reverse charging. Also, OPPO’s latest Video stabilization technology allows more stable shooting even while running, walking, cycling. 

The devices received highly positive response from all players participated. ‘Zero-lagging’ due to 8GB RAM and the real-time ‘gaming’ atmosphere enabled by the Dolby Atmos® sound effects which creates the most immersive, thrilling sounds, videos and gaming experiences – had a greater appeal to all the players at the event. 

Whilst the OPPO A9 2020 will now be available for LKR 59,990 and will come in two dazzling colour variants - Marine Green or Space Purple, the OPPO A5 2020 will available for sale at Rs.44,990 in Mirror Black or Dazzling White. 

Both the OPPO A9 2020 and OPPO A5 2020 will be available now onwards at Abans, Dialog, Singhagiri, Daraz, OPPO authorized dealers and OPPO exclusive showrooms.
