India U19, Bangladesh U19 record second wins

India U19 and Bangladesh U19 recorded their second successive wins in the U19 Cricket World Cup on Tuesday (21).

In the two low-scoring and one-sided matches India U19 coasting to a convincing ten-wicket win over debutants Japan U19 in the match played at Bloemfontein with Japan U19 being bundled out for 41 and India U19 racing to the target in the fifth over.  

Bangladesh U19 recorded a seven-wicket against Scotland U19 in the match played at Potchefstroom with Scotland U19 taking first lease of the wicket being bowled out for 89 and Bangladesh U19 in their run chase reaching the target in the 17th over.

At Bloemfontein – India U19 won by ten wickets  
Japan U19
41 in 22.5 overs (Ravi Bishnoi 4 for 5, Kartik Tyagi 3 for 10, Akash Singh 2 for 11)  
India U19 42 for 0 in 4.5 overs (Yashasvi Jaiswal 29 n.o.)  
At Potchefstroom – Bangladesh U19 won by seven wickets  
Scotland U19
89 in 30.3 overs (Uzzair Shah 28, J Cairns 17: Rakibul Hasan 4 for 20, Shoriful Islam 2 for 13, Hasan Sakib 2 for 26)  
Bangladesh U19 91 for 3 in 16.4 overs (Hasan Joy 35, Hossain Emon 25: Fischer Keogh 3 for 27) -MSA
