Fashion Bug employees secure two accolades at SLIM NASCO 2019

Leading retail fashion network, Fashion Bug secured two awards at the recently concluded SLIM NASCO Awards organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). Territory Manager, Mohamed Aslam and Sales Executive, Mohamed Saleen were recognized as the Gold and Bronze Winners respectively from each of their groups in the Shop & Showroom Category at the grand award ceremony, which took place at the BMICH. 

SLIM NASCO was initiated with the aim of recognizing and rewarding the efforts and performance of sales personnel from all across the country. Each of the groups under evaluation have a set criteria, which applicants are expected to meet. This includes Organizational Understanding, Brand Understanding, Sales Strategy Development, Leadership Behavior, Future Oriented, Coaching & Mentoring, Future Oriented and Achievement. This year’s theme ‘Excel. Engage. Ensure – Beyond all Limits’ reflects the call to action for sales professionals of tomorrow to be willing to go beyond the limits and achieve the unthinkable in a competitive and challenging marketplace.
