The Blue party leadership is facing a revolt within the party these days, they say. 


Certain stands taken up by the party’s secretarial one had drawn angry protests from prominent members including some purohitas in the current government.


Most party stalwarts are up in arms against the stand taken up by the secretarial one that they should, given the party’s present weak position, consent to contest under the Pohottuwa symbol. Some party heavyweights have demanded whether the secretarial one wants to sell the Blue party lock, stock and barrel to Pohottuwa. 


Meanwhile, a rumour doing rounds says that the Party chief, the former Number One is quite willing to contest under the Pohottuwa symbol and the secretarial one is only echoing his voice.
