A vow and penance!

Diyawanna politico Wel who got estranged from Pohottuwa recently met Mahi from upcountry at the council the other day.

At this meeting too, Wel had as usual begun attacking Gota. Mahi who patiently listened to this tirade against Gota, had told the former: “Whatever you may have against Gota, you have to face the reality that he is the most popular candidate…Now tell me the truth, Aiya! Are you attacking Gota as a move preparatory to joining the Greens?”
