Physicians of Beliatta Ayurveda Hospital find cure for CORONA

Physicians in the Beliatta D. A. Rajapakse Aryurveda Hospital claim to have found an effective cure for COVID-19.  

Medical Superintendent Syama. P. Hewage, Community Health Officer K.T.Hewagama, and Dr. G.S.K.Hemantha told the media yesterday that the drugs supplied by the Beliatta Ayurvedic Hospital were used in the treatment of CORONA infected patients in the Hambantota General Hospital during the second wave of the pandemic. They said more than 1,000 patients had recovered by using the Aryurvedic drugs.   Dr. Shyama Hewage said the Aryurvedic Hospital was prepared to provide treatment to the patients and those under quarantine. She said the hospital administration had requested the Government to provide two wards with 100 beds each, to provide treatment to more patients.
