PM declares open Green Valley Apartment Project in Athurugiriya

Green Valley Apartment Project in Athurugiriya a largescale township residential development in Ranala, Kaduwela
was opened by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday.

This project of the Housing and Construction Ministry includes a 352-unit apartment complex designed for the middle income earning community in Sri Lanka. The project was successfully implemented and concluded as a
Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between the National Housing Development Authority and Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd. Spanning over a widespread eight-acre land between Athurugiriya and Homagama, Green Valley Apartment Project is featuring spacious outdoors with landscaped turfs and garden areas.

ALTOGETHER, THE PROJECT CONTAINS 352 APARTMENT UNITS

Altogether, the project contains 352 apartment units, distributed among 22 low-rise residential blocks rising up to 4 levels. Two gymnasiums, two Swimming pools, two Club houses, jogging track, day-care centre, mini-market, medical centre, pharmacy, children’s play area, condominium management office and two community halls are among the complete range of facilities available for the residents of Green Valley Apartments, Athurugiriya.

Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd, the designed and built partner of Green Valley Apartment Project, worked together with the National Housing Development Authority, in achieving the core objectives of the project. Green Valley Project has been designed and constructed by Home Lands Skyline according to a sensible development plan
ensuring high-quality output.
