• Previous Govt. had only leased state entities which can be regained even after 99 years
• Trade unions and others have been hoodwinked by government top brass

The issue with the agreement with India to administer the Eastern Terminal of Colombo Port is that it is not a lease under which the Sri Lankan Government can regain full ownership within a certain time frame but a partial sale, a Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP said yesterday.
