Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, became the first telecommunications service provider in Sri Lanka to provide 24/7 customer service via WhatsApp, for all product and service related queries. This service will be exclusively available for Dialog Club Vision members initially, as a convenient method to obtain services that fits around their busy schedules and will be available for all Dialog customers in the future.

Dialog Club Vision customers can now chat with a customer service agent and obtain an array of services including checking the connection status, account balance, changing Packages, subscribing to e-bill service, providing feedback on services and more
