Kelsey Homes Kicks Off Ground Breaking of Templer’s Square

Kelsey Homes, Sri Lanka’s leading housing development company and property developer, recently broke ground on its latest housing development, Templer’s Square.  The two billion rupee development located in the heart of Mount Lavinia is Kelsey Homes’ latest residential development scheduled to be complete by 2015. The ground breaking ceremony took place onsite at No. 7 De Soysa Mawatha, Templer’s Road, Mount Lavinia in the presence of the Kelsey Homes management and team.
