Open some read light streets !!
So these femals will be able to be freelance and get better pay. People who want it can get it for affordable price.

Resulting;
1. Less rape cases
2. Less problems in busses and trains for ladies
3. Better health for prostitutes since it can be monitored
4. Police will not be able to exploit them or take bribe (if it is happening to prevent raiding)
5. How ever much u raid they will never do another job. So u only make their life miserable.

Because of the poverty and under developed condition of the country women need to sell their bodies for money to put food on the table. What a bloddy shame
