Just spray the low quality petrol that CPC imported on them, they will stop the mayhem. This way at least the petrol has some use. Or get the Municipal lorry to spray what they collect from the city. The idiotic students need to be taught a proper lesson.

Agreed, Rubert. We could also think of putting chili powder in the water cannons. That will surely have an effect.

Rubert Vanderkoon, if you are saying students are idiotic what about the ministers who put them into that position. First understand the plight of the students. Next it will be the 5th year scholarship students who will be on the road.

Actually, I think he's saying that there are still idoits who are willing to believe in the ministers and blame the students for their plight.

Can school students do protest like these? Then how these students get that power just day after entering campus? If I have the power I'll beat them by small sticks and complain to their guardians. This is not Rohana wijeweera's time.

When you close universities, it's only rational that the students will strike.

Some people think that beating people up with small sticks would solve crises in education, do they realize the futures at stake which lead people to strike as a result of authorities who have struck out!
Its amazing the way civil disobedience is being treated these days, roads being closed when protest marches and rallies in Hyde Park are being held, student protests being tear gassed, what next?
