Only TNA posters taken into custody

E-mail Print
Police spokesman Ajith Rohana today denied that former TNA parliamentarian M.K. Sivajalingam and seven others were arrested while transporting posters in Nelliyadi, Jaffna last night.

SP Rohana said the posters, which depicted the August 1983 prison riots, were seized as they could have incited communal violence.
Mr. Sivajalingam was unable to give a comment as he was still at the police station. (Nabeela Hussain)

In our country if you transport posters you will be arrested.
but the murders will not be arrested. They will be sent to Singapore for further treatment.

So that after going to Singapore, they loose their memory and are not functional thereafter. That is emancipated freedom of very modern times.

TNA is looking for international sympathy as usual. They called the LTTE terrorists as 'our boys'.

The victory days is celebrated to remember the victory of all the citizens in Sri Lanka regardless of the ethnicity. Today because of the victory against the terrorism, all can move freely in the country. Now it is time to reconcile forgetting old wounds. Don't promote any more hatred, which will not support our course
