delay is implementing the housing project to help relocate refugees is not the problem of the Indian govt. but due to the lethargy and non committment of Sl Govt. the Indians are only doing SL a favour, it is not their responsibility, but that of the SL Govt. which can afford to build houses for the army in the north and east , and build buddhist temples there, but not for the civilains

What is so special about it to announce. We have lived without so long, and can live without it for another 30 or 40 years.
I wonder, who really needs this train, and why?

How can this Indian envoy tell us about "yarl devi" train to Jaffna.
There is no information from so called Srilanka regim. Is Jaffna
(yaalpaanam) part of Indian State? Shame on you who talk about Sri lanka sovereignty. Hopefully in another 10 Years time the entire Sri lanka will be part of one of Indian state

India think it is big news. Tell these guys we had all these things before their chums LTTE destroyed everything what we had with their help, aids and abeting. So it is their duty to put those infrastructure back in place on their account.

So is it India now running the rail services in Sri Lanka to issue statements like this?? How dare they do this and we allow them to do so?? Even if India funds it, they still have no rights to issue such statements. This is bullying to the lowest extents.
