Indians caught with ‘Hans’

Some 32 boxes containing “Hans” - a by product of tobacco which is prohibited in Sri Lanka was seized by the Navy at Kalpitiya together with four Indians. The boat they were travelling in was also seized by the Navy.

The suspects were handed over to the Katunayake Customs Superintendents’ office for further action.

but still this product is widely available in Srilanka...how they are being brought to SL then? this is a tip of iceberg....
