Mini Tornado hits Dehiwala

A mini Tornado hit the shores of Auburn side, Dehiwala causing damage to five houses and minor injuries to three, this morning the Police said.

I do not understand why the tornedo hitting the innocent rather than hitting places where the real atrocities are committed.
