17 soldiers injured in road mishap

At least 17 soldiers were injured when a military track ran off the road near the 5th milepost in Thanamalwila this afternoon. Military spokesman Ruwan Wanigasuriya said the injured soldiers were admitted to the Embilipitiya hospital and their conditions were not serious. (Dailymirror Online)
