The three suspects in the Kahawatte double murder were remanded till May 14, by Pelmadulla Magistrate, when they were produced in court today.

The Magistrate also allowed a request made by ASP of the CID to instruct the Director of Genetic, Borella to compare the DNA reports on the specimens taken from the bodies of the deceased and from the suspects.

The Magistrate said that the media personal were a part of the public and that they should not cause any disturbances to the activities of the court.  (Lasantha Niroshan -Kahawatta)
