have u ever went on normal way to katunyake it takes 11/2 hrs without traffic and 2 or more than that during peak times

Check the South Expressway. Now they are allowing DIMO Battas on the highway, when they initially allowed only above 1000cc vehicles. why? cos less people are using it.

We haven't seen much vehiles today morning. Will it be a highway with out vehicle like the Airport and Harbour?
Rs. 300 for a car is too high
