Census reveals over 8,000 deaths during last stages of war

The Census carried out in the Northern Province has revealed 8649 civilian casualties during the last stages of the conflict. The census which was carried out from June to August last year with the participation of 2500 Tamil speaking state employees has revealed 11172 civilian deaths out of which 2,523 were due to natural causes (H.F)

killing civilian not acceptable regardless of who done it , compare to last stage of war (real figure) not even close to 1%

RUBBISH!! IT IS ONLY 25% OF THE TOTAL FIGURE KILLED IN THE LAST STAGE OF THE WAR.
