Basil issues warning

All unauthorized structures that were erected under political influence during several past governments will be removed, Minister of Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa said while attending a Development Committee meeting in Wattala today.

The Minister added that because of these unauthorized structures the canals in urban areas were being obstructed and flooding takes place even during a minor rain.

Dear Mr. Basil, what about the unauthorized structures that are erected by the present government ? Aren't those obstructing and creating floods during minor rains?
