Six Grama Seva divisions in Marawila under lock down

Six Grama Seva divisions of the Marawila Police area were locked down after the confirmation of a
coronavirus patient.

The areas which were restricted for public movements are Ihala Naththandiya, Pahala Naththandiya, Meda Naththandiya, Maranda North, Maranda South and Halpanvila.

This patient had returned from India on March 12 and evaded quarantine measures.

The people of the area will not be allowed to move out of their homes under any circumstances.
