He had done so to prove that he was clean and according to the lab reports posted on his Facebook, the results were negative.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe had appointed a four-member committee headed by Minister Lakshman Kiriella and comprising State Minister Eran Wickramaratne, Prof. Ashu Marasinghe, and President’s Counsel Nissanka Nanayakkara.

Mr.Ramanayake may have accused the ministers of taking drugs;but the fact remains that he may have hinted that the so called ministers are connected with drug dealers. The authorities should keep tabs on the where about of the ministers social calls(confidentially)because the culprits are making millions while staying in office. The government have chosen wrong people to run certain offices,in short you don't need ministers to run a good ministry;all you require are three educated persons sitting in one office with the power for approval, they could be simple but honest clerks. For good governance you need good human brains not the influence a person brings by his popularity at the poles.
