"Sinhawalokanaya" Opens innings from Friday

‘Sinhawalokanaya’ – the much-looked forward-to cricket movie of the year will finally open its innings in the EAP circuit from January 14.

The emotional and action packed story scripted and directed by Suneth Malinga Lokuhewa features a talented star cast including the debut lead pair Dilon Jayasinghe and Raini Charuka Gunathilaka together with Menaka Rajapakse and star cricketer Thilakaratne Dilshan. Among the other stars are Sanath Gunathilaka, Cletus Mendis, Dilhani Ashokamala, Damitha Abeyratne and Kanchana Mendis who all play guest roles while the rest of the cast includes Pubudu Chathuranga, Ashen Manjula, Kumara Thirimadura, Sarath Kothalawela, Darshan Darmaraj, Vasantha Kumarawila, Janaka Ranasinghe, Chinthaka Peiris, Mihira Sirithilaka, Tharaka Adhikari, Jayalal Rohana, Maureen Charuni, Palitha Silva, Udayathi Kulathunga, Kusum Renu, Upul Weerasinghe, Gamini Hettirahchci, G. R. Perera and others.


Prabath Roshan has handled the camera, Praveen Jayaratne the editing, Wasantha Kumaravila the stunts, Ravi Hansa Wetakepotha the background scores, Tharaka Adhikari the make up, Eheliyagoda Somathilaka the art direction, Indika Mallawarachchi the still photography, Kapila Kumara Kalinga the dialogues while Ranjan Prasanna has assisted in the direction. H. M. Sugath Sisira is the media coordinator.



Ravi Hansa Wetakepotha was the executive producer of the movie
produced by Rohan de Silva, Pasan Chandrasekara and Dilan Lamb.
