A movement called ‘Voice of Working People’ staged a protest outside Fort Railway Station today urging the Government to pay immediate attention on several concerning issues of people. Former UNP minister Patali Champika Ranawaka also participated in the protest. Pix by Kushan Pathiraja

    Since elections are near the protesters are safe from the Police. Remember not to hold protests after elections. You will end up with injuries or behind bars

    Champika is a genius. He should not slide towards a political party. The real cause, he must strive towards country only. Hope he will get the massage.

    At least he is voicing about the electricity bills. After the election we can see public staying in dark because of non payment of bills.
