The work on the Mutur to Batticaloa Road got off the ground ceremoniously with the participation of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on Saturday. Minister of Highways, Kabir Hashim, and government and TNA parliamentarians participated in the event. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
