Pindapatha programmes were held in various parts of the country on Saturday in view of the Thripitakabhivandana week which is a part of a campaign to declare the Theravada Thripitakaya a world heritage. Picture shows the Pindapatha procession led by Chief Incumbent of the Kelaniya Rajamaha Viharaya, Senior Prof. Ven. Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangharakkhitha Nayake Thera touring the Kelaniya Sacred City.
