Like in Japan, why not Sri Lanka declare an emergency with no lockdowns. Just to think of it in Sri Lanka it is always an emergency seeing the way people use the public roads.

OMG This is not PCR test. This is “Lateral Flow Test” or in other words “Rapid Antigen Test”
