All operations related to issuing of driving licences, which was previously conducted at the Department of Motor Traffic (DMT), Werahera, was officially taken on by the Sri Lanka Army today. In the picture, Army Commander General Shavendra Silva is seen receiving the first printed licence card amidst Transport Minister Gamini Lokuge and State Minister of Vehicle Regulation Dilum Amunugama.
