Ballot boxes for the PC election which is to be held tomorrow were transported under police guard from 25 counting centers to the polling booths in Trincomalee this morning. Amadoru Amarajeewa

When will we ever get to use transparent ballot boxes like other countries do? Why does everything in our system have a question mark hanging over it?

yes it is empty...but a duplicate boxes with full of ballot papers are waiting somewhere...of course it is sealed...
