Colombo Chief Magistrate today remanded the Chairman of Kalutara Pradeshiya Sabha V.P Lakshman and his office peon I.P.S. Arachchi till August 21 for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs. 3 million. Pix by Pradeep Dilrukshana
