You have focused on something so trivial when there is a bigger issue to be dealt with. This is no time for distraction from ensuring the vulnerable are not put at risk anymore.
When our mothers, sisters, daughters take to the streets to create awareness of child abuse, rape (and I wish to include misbehaviour such as eve-teasing) all fathers, brothers, sons should support it without race, religion, class, political affiliations, language biases etc being made distractions to the cause.
I would like all female parliamentarion s to join together to stamp out these curses. This is not a class battle; it is one of the most important humantarian battles we have to fight now.
I would consider anyone who throws a spanner in to this, be it by word or by deed as a child molester, rapist or at the least someone who is waiting to do so. So let us not distract ourselves with trivial issues.
It should be last in first out basis without waiting for 800+ to be hanged first before we get tot he who raped and killed yesterday!
Please make your case to Mahinda Aiyya and don,t break my heart!
