The Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka said operations of the BOI industries located within the Gampaha district will be carried out without any interruption during the curfew imposed period.
The functions of the companies in Katunayaka, Biyagama, Wathupitiwala, Malwatta and Mirigama Export processing zones are expected to continue production while strictly adhering to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health (MoH).
Addition to the above zones, the BOI registered factories located outside these areas too will function accordingly.
BOI said it is in the process of issuing the required curfew passes as per the instructions on the BOI website.
