LOLC Group subsidiary Browns Investments PLC (BIL) ended yesterday’s trading as Colombo Stock Exchange’s (CSE) third most valued company in terms of market capitalization.
BIL share gained 30 cents or 4,17 percent to Rs.7.50 yesterday to secure the third place with a market cap of Rs.107.7 billion, which amounted to 3.39 percent of the total market capitalization, nudging Dailog Axiata aside to the fourth place. Ceylon Tobacco and John Keells are the most valued companies on the CSE in terms of market capitalization.
