UNP MP Ekanayake crosses over to government bench

United National Party MP for the Matale district Nandramithra Ekanayake who was earlier seated in the opposition benches,  made a ceremonious cross over to the government bench in parliament today. The MP had earlier met with President Mahinda Rajapakse and formally resigned from his posts in the UNP and joined with the government. (KB & YP)
