Traffic restriction on the Negombo Road from Tomorrow

The Colombo- Negombo road from Peliyagoda, Nawaloka Roundabout to Peliyagoda Fisheries Market would be restricted for four days starting tomorrow due to carpeting work, the Police said.

The Police asked the drivers to use following alternative roads.

Vehicles leaving Colombo could use the Colombo-Katunayake Expressway via Peliyagoda, Nawaloka Roundabout and then enter the Negombo Road from the Expressway entrance on the Negombo Road, the Police said.

Vehicles could use the Expressway entrance on the Negombo Road when entering Colombo.

Vehicle like the three wheelers and motorcycles that are not permitted to enter the Expressway (E03) could use the Negombo-Colombo Road as usual, the Police said. (LSP)
