the obvious reason no passenger seat belts worn.and infant on the lap of the mother. child seats should be introducex and people should use their brains a little more with out trying to be heros.

can somebody please tell me the speedlimit this car maintained at the time it toppled and more over yes I fully agree with @warraaa you are very correct. More over how much of rules could the country also apply its more on using your own common sense. Its like today on baseline road I see a foregin lady (white) holding her son high on her lap with no seat belt seated in the front rear seat and a sri lankan man at the drivers seat with their maid at the back and I was surprised to think of a white lady NOT WEARING A SEAT BELT. the car was a old vehicle but it did have seat belts. who should we blame for this???
